THE PURPOSE
Equippers Church Canberra is God’s house and our home. Heart for the House is a special once-a-year offering, over and above our normal tithes and giving, where we sow into the legacy and future that God has for us as a church. It is our means of paving a way for the future, and where we activate our faith, and seed tomorrow today. It has God at its heart and people as its focus.
Heart for the House has three main focus areas, which are outlined below.
The family is indeed growing, and this expansion project is all about making room for more people. Now that we have secured the unit next door to the Hub, we have started the fit-out that will effectively double our auditorium capacity and other meeting space areas. It will also allow us to have a dedicated parent feeding room, increase our foyer area, give us more bathrooms and storage areas, and provide a much-needed additional space for our Sprouts ministry.
